Moving, everything everywhere, going back to work, see all my friends, starting school,... but even though I get some time to cook. What I don't do that often is to publish it hehehe.
So as I said I gotta keep it up with the blog and try not to be lazy. The other day I was in Antwerp, walking around in an area I'm not re"ally familiar with I found a really nice butcher's with high quality products, in between all the nice pieces I got a pair of tournedos. The moment I came out of the shop I started getting ideas to how to combine this pieces with a nice sauce, it was like a miracle cause right next to it I found a cheese shop, cheeeeeese shop!!! ( for those of you who know me, you already know how was my face) so I didn't hesitate nomore and went inside. Completely lost I found myself in between so many cheeses, but I ended up buying a piece of moelleux du Revard, not really soft but niether really strong, perfect match for the perfect tournedos. On my way home I also found a small shop where I could buy some greens to dress up the dish. It was a tough job to cook while searching for all the cookware, but I gotta say it ended up pretty well with a nice white wine.
TOURNEDOS CON MOELLEUX DU REVARD
2 piezas de tournedos / pieces of tournedos.
150 gr de moelleux du Revard.
250 ml de nata / cream.
1 brocoli / broccoli.
2 cebollas / onions.
1 paquete de tomates cherry / cherry tomato.
Mini esparragos / asparagus.

° We will start by boiling the broccoli but not too long, we want it al dente. Chop the onions and tomatoes, put first the onions in the pan until poached and then add the tomatoes.
° Once the vegetables are ready is time to season and just sear the tournedos in the pan. at the same time in another pot we will put the cream, salt and pepper, let it take a bit of temperature and than low the fire while adding the cheese and let it melt.
° To finish the meat we will let it cook softly and painting it with the sauce in the pan to do not let it dry out.
° Last but not least, give all the vegetables a turn in the pan and let's go plate it.
